Wanna Nice Butt? Shut Up and SQUAT!
Bottom line—no pun intended– is you MUST squat!!
Squats are much more than a leg exercise. They are a complete blast to your metabolism, central nervous system, improves balance and co-ordination, increases bone density and skeletal loading, connective tissue strength and mental toughness.
Squats will give you the best looking butt you have ever had in your lifetime. Squats are the butt booster, the butt shaper and the butt blaster!
Squats work the following areas of your body:
- Leg muscles including hamstrings
- Glutes or butt
- Works your entire core
- Your metabolism and will help burn fat
- Bones and joints
Squats also help prevent injury by strengthening your ligaments and connective tissues.
There are many many wonderful excuses not to squat. Here are some of my favourites:
- Its bad for my knee’s
- I do other leg exercises
- I don’t want to gain muscle in my legs
- It’s bad for my back
- My body isn’t made for squatting
The single greatest all round exercise has to be the squat. But it’s hard! ya, I mean really hard. it takes mental toughness and discipline. Your mind will tell you to stop long before your body does.
